Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
